Our Team
Ian is the founder and director of Miltech Auto Performance, bringing decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise to the business. After completing an HND in Vehicle Maintenance at Farnborough College, he spent 13 years at Renault Mill Lane in Aldershot as a Renault Technical Expert (RTE). Following a move to Dorset, Ian worked at Porsche Bournemouth before founding Miltech, which originally started as a mobile service. He later provided technical assistance for high-end performance vehicles at British Car Auctions, before establishing Miltech as an independent Porsche specialist in Three Legged Cross. When you visit the workshop, you’ll usually find Ian chatting with customers or busy working hands-on in the workshop.

Jamie
Jamie joined Miltech Auto Performance in April 2025 and has quickly become a valued and integral part of the team. With over 15 years’ experience in the motor trade, Jamie brings a strong passion for cars and vehicle maintenance, alongside a meticulous, hands-on approach in the workshop. Known for being friendly and approachable, he’s always happy to chat with customers, explain the work being carried out, and share his enthusiasm for all things automotive - making him a key part of the welcoming Miltech experience.
Technician
Louise Miles is Director of Miltech Auto Performance and plays a key role in the day-to-day running and growth of the business. After spending 17 years working in IT, Louise followed her creative passion by running a successful wedding cake business for six years, before joining Ian full-time to help build Miltech into what it is today. On any given day, you’ll find Louise serving coffee from her much-loved 1981 Citroën HY coffee van, Lola, welcoming customers in the workshop office, managing social media, or organising Miltech’s popular car meets and events. She’s often the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit - and the driving force behind the community feel Miltech is known for.
